Prajna Akasagarbha
workshop
This simple
yet powerful moving meditation practice of Akasagarbha Bodhisattva
was hidden in China for centuries. It is considered a key
to enlightenment, valued for its ability to increase physical
vitality and energy, and brings forth rapid spiritual progress.
In essence, it
is a sequence of movements, mudras, combined with visualizations
and a mantra that help to align the individual
to the universe and awaken the sleeping seeds of Alaya consciousness
in the body.
This workshop is split into 2
parts.
Morning session, 9.45am -12.45pm
An introduction to the meditation is given and then the complete
meditation is taught which includes the 16 mudras, 16 visualizations,
and mantra.
Cost £40
Afternoon Session 2.00 pm - 4.00 pm
Master Yu will give a more in depth teaching about the meditation.
This will involve its origins and importance; a deeper explanation
of how it works and more detailed look at the individual moves
and visualizations. Also there will be the opportunity to
ask any questions about the meditation.
This is only available to people who have already
learnt the meditation either in the
morning session or previously.
