Prajna Akasagarbha workshop

This simple yet powerful moving meditation practice of Akasagarbha Bodhisattva was hidden in China for centuries. It is considered a key to enlightenment, valued for its ability to increase physical vitality and energy, and brings forth rapid spiritual progress.

In essence, it is a sequence of movements, mudras, combined with visualizations and a mantra that help to align the individual to the universe and awaken the sleeping seeds of Alaya consciousness in the body.

This workshop is split into 2 parts.

Morning session, 9.45am -12.45pm

An introduction to the meditation is given and then the complete meditation is taught which includes the 16 mudras, 16 visualizations, and mantra.

Cost £40

Master Yu will give a more in depth teaching about the meditation. This will involve its origins and importance; a deeper explanation of how it works and more detailed look at the individual moves and visualizations. Also there will be the opportunity to ask any questions about the meditation.

This is only available to people who have already learnt the meditation either in the morning session or previously.
